Amazing owners , grounds very well taken care of, close to the Ocean, Old Orchard Beach, on site laundry, 2 pools, one being an adult pool with a hot tub, a playground, new black top basketball full Court, pickle ball, horse shoes , the list goes on and on!

Tight for 42ft fifth wheel. Batman gives it 4 paws for walking trail

Good quiet campground. Great owners... very friendly... have stayed here for 8 plus years and it's one of the best places we stay. Owners love the kids and treat them like there own.

The cabin they put us in looked like it had never been cleaned, right down to the dingy grey towels in the bathroom. The "queen size bed" actually turned out to be a twin bed with a metal frame cot pushed up next to it, and a comforter thrown on top to camouflage it. This cot was full of noisy metal springs, sloped downward, and was too uncomfortable to even sleep on. The kitchen area and the bathroom did look like they had at least been updated in the last decade or so, but the rest of the furniture was old and dirty. The second day of our four night stay I found mouse or rat (unclear which) droppings outside the shower. The owners were unapologetic and stated "this is what staying in a cabin is like" and denied having another cabin to move us to, when initially they said they would. We were trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe we just got a bad cabin and a different one might be better. Instead, the owner requested the keys back so we could "get on our way" and find another place to stay. This was at 7pm on Labor Day weekend. So, essentially, they asked us to leave. We had to abruptly pack everything we brought and leave the cabin so they could "turn it over, bc it is Labor Day weekend." I should also mention that we had our 7 month old daughter on vacation with us and these people did not give a second thought to leaving us without a place to stay. Ultimately, we ended our vacation at that point, did not bother even trying to look for another place to stay, and made the three hour drive home.

Awesome location in Saco, ME near Funtown Splashtown. Neat and clean. Lots to do, but easy to relax as well. Fun for the entire family.
