Great place to live
Michelle, the owner, gave me a wonderful tour of the facility and information on their modern mobile homes for sale. This is not your everyday mobile home park. The houses are all well maintained, on huge private lots, set back in the trees, close to beaches!

I WAS interested in moving here. Well, I still am. But I will not buy from Elegant Homes....and if I have to go through that sales dept to buy a used home in the park, and not the owner themselves, then I wont buy in Blue Haven. I will be up in a couple weeks, and will go to the office to find out I guess. I certainly don't even want to speak to anyone in sales. Michelle is not a good representative of that company. My rating is for Sales at Elegant Homes. Michelle, in sales, responded in a quick manner by email a couple times....at first. Then I requested information. She sent an envelope. The model numbers in pamphlets were not the models pictures shown on website. So I emailed her and asked about that. I loved the looks of the pics they showed on website. I also was interested in some modifications in the new purchase. I didnt want the bedroom closet shelves, or bathroom mirrors. When she didn't respond after 4 days, I texted her, and mentioned she didn't seem quite so eager to help, thinking maybe she didn't know how to respond to my modification questions...because she didnt respond like the e/mails before, and told her I hoped she wasn't out sick. She texted back, said she was sorry, and was busy with incoming new homes. She stated she would get back with me by the end of the week. And that was last week. It is now the following Wed. , so needless to say, it's my opinion she's a bad rep for Elegant Homes. Hello...i want to BUY A HOME...chuckle...I will not buy a new home from them. I waited long enough. Thank you so much Muchelle.
Received a tour from the owner. She drove me around the property and pointed out how they have expanded over the years. Very quiet, clean, and peaceful.
