I am always helped fast and questions are answered with competence. Love my mailman too, super nice and respectful.
Key with any interaction is be respectful and people will respect you back. And fyi USPS is one of the best and most respected mail/shippers there is in the world. So be happy you don't live else where.
For two months I havent received my packages all track to have been deliverd but my mail man says he never has them. Im very angry about this!!!
I agree they are terrible. They claimed to tried to Del Package today but no one was here to sign, I was here all day waiting for the package.
