Most places today, do not know the meaning of customer service. Life Storage does, in spades. Sue and Jack at the Saco facility were friendly, and knowledgeable. Sue and Jack and (Thatcher, at the South Portland facility) were extremely understanding and helpful on a very stress filled day. Facility was clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend Life Storage at any of their facilities.
Great place! Had a unit for almost two years! Never any issues. I always knew my stuff would be safe! And the prices are just right. Thank you sue for your great customer service!
Great customer service! My bank account which I used for direct payment was compromised and they were sympathetic and very helpful....they even waived the late fee since it took several days for the bank to straighten out the mess. So grateful to them for their understanding and working with me on this financial nightmare of someone stealing my bank account.
I just want to say how grateful I am to Sue at Life Storage. My container had not been opened for 5 yrs. and she cleared the debris from the door, put the door back on it's track and struggled to open it for me. Thanks Sue you're the best! Jodi
