I would have gone 5 stars except their temporary membership for visitors is quite high. $30 per week. Nice gym.
I work here and sometimes when I'm closing I put on Seal's "Kiss From a Rose" on repeat. It's my heartsong.
This is the best place to work out in Saco-Biddeford, hands down. It caters to a general fitness crowd and doesn't deserve its reputation for snobbishness at all. I see people of all shapes and sizes, and there are activities for people of any fitness level.

Best gym around, with great classes and equipment. Locker rooms are always clean and have plenty of room. Their staff and trainers are wonderful and supportive.
