Easy to work with... they were very good about making sure they explained everything about the rental agreement and the vehicle. Easy pick up and easy drop off.
Awesome experience. Was stranded at a local car dealership without a vehicle due to a breakdown. Enterprise did not have any cars available at first, but within 1/2 an hour they were at the dealership to pick me up in my rental. They saved me that night.
Great place they picked me up within 20 minutes and got me on my way quickly. Customer service was best you could ask for would always use them when in need of a rental!
Courteous staff. Fast and friendly service. Made my reservation online and when I showed up to pick up the rental I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Car returned and deposit was refunded as promised. I will be returning to them whenever I need to rent a vehicle.
My experience with Enterprise last week was far beyond my expectations for service, quality, and courtesy. Management and agents were thoughtful, friendly and delightfully accommodating of my needs. I had to transfer a baby car seat and they were happy to help. Then, after I returned my rental car, I realized I had left my house keys at the desk and an agent closing up stayed long enough for me to go back and get them. Two days later, on the weekend, I discovered that I had left two Christmas purchases in the trunk of the rental. I called on Monday morning and they had found them and kept them for me! A forgetful Nana, I applaud them for their patience!
