Salesman make up prices as they go, sell cars that are rusted out right under the surface, if you plan to purchase from there take the car to a good mechanic first. Salesmen claim to know nothing about the cars and charge you based on what you want to spend. Waste of my time.
Terrible customer service, shady dealings. 2nd car from Casey's having major issues within warranty. Initially was told they would split the bill on repairs, and was recently left high and dry, with a basket case car. AVOID! More interested in $ than reputation, bad business.
I just paid off my car, today. These guys were more than helpful, and, went above and beyond, to work with me, getting me the right car & were fair, and reasonable! I would recommend Casey's to my friends. Thanks Guys!
Needed brakes and rotors before we could even take it off the lot but they tried to tell me that it was just from it sitting. We have had the car 4 months and need to replace muffler and struts. Very poor customer service. Very rude and only care about the sale. The cars are NOT quality cars. Will never go back nor recommend to anyone.
